Kaspar Zimmerli
Co-Founder, Business Development Director
Kaspar is a passionate entrepreneur with a remarkable talent for building international companies, expanding markets, and navigating diverse cultures.
From his early apprenticeship as a mechanic, Kaspar learned the value of hard work and seeing things through to completion. After earning his degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Applied Sciences, he ventured into the world of medical technology. Throughout his career, he has experienced everything from small consulting firms to global corporations.
In 2014, Kaspar decided to leave the highly regulated environment of medical technology. He joined a corporate startup where he played an active role in developing the company’s international strategy. During this time, he has taken on leadership roles in sales for Japan and Europe and was responsible for global management of one of the company’s key products.
In 2018, Kaspar had choosen entrepreneurship over corporate life and co-founded ARVE.swiss with two other founders. This startup assisted major hotels in Greater China by improving their operational processes through indoor air quality metrics, resulting in significant operational savings.
Unfortunately, the impact of COVID-19 on the hotel industry and the Asian market leads to several pivots, and ultimately, the decision to cease operations.
Immediately after, Kaspar embarked on building the SWISS USAccelerator for two investors from Switzerland, successfully spinning it off in just nine months.
Kaspar’s deep understanding of startups, entrepreneurship, international business, and growth strategies, coupled with his extensive global network, brings immense value to our company.
Palo Stacho
Co-Founder – Program & Content Director
Palo Stacho is a serial entrepreneur, business scaling advisor, growth consultant and trainer. As a graduate computer scientist with a federal diploma with a postgraduate degree in Corporate Governance from the University of St. Gallen, he built up his first IT company in the nineties. After the turn of the millennium, he sold this company to a listed corporation. This was followed by further company foundations and engagements. From 2015 to 2022, he co-founded and led LUCY Security, a global provider of cybersecurity awareness training software, which was sold to an international corporation in 2022.
In addition to his entrepreneurial work, Palo has been involved in management education for decades. In 2016, he specialized in growth topics and leadership training for young entrepreneurs.
Palo is a proven entrepreneur and practitioner. He has over 30 years of professional experience as an entrepreneur and founder of various companies. With a strong focus on technology (especially cybersecurity), he has in-depth skills in business and people management, sales, marketing and brand management. He has led major projects of all types in the financial, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace and government industries.
Palo enjoys cooking, skiing and spending time with his family and friends. Palo is also an active member of the Entrepreneurs Organization. He is fluent in German, French, English and Czech. He lives with his family near Bern in Switzerland.
Pascal Stüchler
Pascal Stüchler

Pascal Stüchler is an experienced entrepreneur and investor with an extensive education. He has studied at renowned educational institutions such as Harvard Business School, IMD Lausanne and Berkeley Haas University in Switzerland and the USA.
After holding various positions in the financial sector and ICT industry, he founded his first company in 2002. Under his leadership, the company received several awards from international manufacturers for outstanding performance and established itself as one of the leading IT infrastructure providers in Switzerland.
In 2021, Pascal founded Bloomhaus Ventures, where he currently serves as Co-Founder and CEO. In addition to founders2, he is dedicated to supporting early-stage startups. Furthermore, he is involved as a board member in various startups and companies to ensure their long-term success and sustainable development.
Pascal is characterized by his keen sense for trends, which enables him to recognize opportunities and identify innovative business models at an early stage. He has proven in the past that he can develop and operate a holistic and sustainably successful solution based on complex interrelationships. In addition, he has extensive knowledge of sales tactics and negotiation techniques that help him close successful deals and build valuable partnerships.
As a dedicated member of the Entrepreneurs Organization, Pascal also supports other entrepreneurs on their journey and shares his experience and advice. He is fluent in German, French and English.
In his free time, Pascal is an avid skier and enjoys long hikes in nature. He also enjoys hunting for truffles with his dog, which reflects his passion for fine culinary delights.
